EDITORIALE

Questo numero speciale presenta gli atti del nostro penultimo Congresso di Treviso del Novembre 2003 e va in stampa dopo la splendida conclusione del nostro ultimo Congresso di Pescara del Novembre del 2005.
Nel Congresso di Pescara abbiamo introdotto molte novità così il Congresso di Treviso del 2003 risulta essere l’ultimo Congresso AIMS condotto in maniera tradizionale.
Anche gli atti sono perciò divisi nelle tradizionali sezioni che hanno sempre caratterizzato l’attività dell’AIMS: la mediazione familiare o mediazione di divorzio, la mediazione scolastica, la mediazione istituzionale ed aziendale e quella giuridica. I contributi sono molti e interessanti, quasi tutti italiani tranne quello di Emery che sarebbe dovuto essere il relatore principale ma, come quelli di voi che hanno partecipato al Congresso ricorderanno, fu bloccato dalla neve negli Stati Uniti ed inviò al congresso la relazione che qui potete leggere.

Non troverete invece l’altra relazione principale, quella di Vittorio Cigoli, che non è stata inviata in tempo per essere pubblicata su questo numero, ma che l’autore ha promesso di inviarci e che troverà spazio su uno dei numeri successivi.
La Rivista conserva la sua bella veste grafica, ormai conosciuta dai nostri lettori, ma perde in questo numero le rubriche speciali e la struttura standard appena inaugurata nel numero due. Abbiamo comunque inserito, anche in questo numero speciale i riassunti in 5 lingue che ormai sono una caratteristica di una pubblicazione che aspira ad essere europea. Il prossimo numero (4) tornerà allo schema standard (abbiamo già molti interessanti contributi in attesa) poi seguiranno gli atti di Pescara (5). Invito i relatori a farmi avere il materiale in tempo. Questa volta vorremmo essere pronti per il prossimo congresso di Firenze (Novembre 2007).
Come Presidente AIMS non posso chiudere l’Editoriale senza darvi alcune buone notizie sulla nostra associazione.
Siamo diventati 2400 soci circa , con 40 sedi in tutta Italia e con attività seminariali e di formazione proposte in diverso modo in tutte le sedi, ne siamo molto felici anche se mi preoccupa un po’ il numero dei partecipanti previsti al prossimo congresso .E’ possibile che il prossimo , che si terrà a Firenze nel novembre del 2007, sia l’ultimo Congresso nazionale e che poi sia necessario dividersi in due convegni (nord e sud?) per non correre il rischio di compromettere la comunicazione tra di noi. Anche perché a Pescara è stata proprio la dimensione gruppale di incontro che ha permesso di discutere i grandi contenuti dei relatori Morineau, Bocchi e Tagliagambe, e la struttura dei Mediation Café che ha permesso l’esperienza pratica. Non vogliamo perdere questa qualità.
Infine una nota importante sulla professione. L’AIMS si sta impegnando attivamente per l’introduzione ufficiale della professione di mediatore. E’ stata creata un’apposita commissione per la professione coordinata da Bruno Schettini e sono stati stabiliti rapporti con il COLAP ed il CNEL, inoltre siamo entrati in rapporto , con il pregevole lavoro del nostro Past President Pasquale Busso,con il mondo sindacale (CISL) per difendere i nostri legittimi interessi .
Concludo con una nota triste. Nel numero precedente non abbiamo avuto modo di ricordare il grande maestro Gianfranco Cecchin, scomparso nel febbraio 2004, colgo qui l’occasione e il piacere di commemorarlo.
Gianfranco non era, come sapete, un mediatore e non era iscritto all’AIMS, ma come alcuni di voi ricorderanno ha partecipato con Sluzki, Cobb e Pakman ad un importante seminario residenziale dell’AIMS all’isola d’Elba nel luglio del 2003 sul ruolo della mediazione internazionale, dando un contributo formidabile.
Avevamo pensato di nominarlo socio onorario ma purtroppo la sua morte ci ha preceduti.
Personalmente, pur non avendolo mai avuto ufficialmente come formatore, ho imparato moltissimo da lui, in seminari o convegni e soprattutto in interminabili chiacchierate notturne nelle pause di questi incontri ufficiali. Con lui tirar tardi a discutere, come si faceva nell’adolescenza sulle questioni della vita, era una regola ed un piacere. Così ho appreso molto dalla sua curiosità, dalla sua fine ironia e dall’enorme potere del suo pensiero “laterale”, nemico dei pregiudizi.
Resta nel nostro affettuoso ricordo come un grande terapeuta familiare, un eccellente formatore ed un fantastico mediatore naturale, forse inconsapevole di esserlo.

This special issue presents the records of our previous Conference held in Treviso on November 2003 and goes to press after the magnificent conclusion of our last Congress held in Pescara on November 2005.
During the Congress in Pescara we introduced many innovations so that the Congress in Treviso in 2003 turns out to be the last AIMS’ Congress conducted in a traditional way.
Also the papers are divided in the traditional sections which have always characterized AIMS’ activities: family mediation or divorce mediation, school mediation, institutional and business mediation and legal mediation. The contributions are many and interesting, almost all italian except for Emery’s that had to be the principal speaker but, as those of you that partecipated at the Congress will remember, was blocked because of the snow in the United States and sent to the Congress the presentation you can read here.

Instead you will not find the other main presentation, Vittorio Cigoli’s one, because it hasn’t been sent in time to be published in this number, but the author promised that he will send it and it will find a space in one of the next issues.
The Journal keeps its nice graphic format, familiar to our readers by now, but in this number loses the special columns and the standard organization just inaugurated with number two. However we also have included in this special issue the abstracts in 5 languages which are at this point a caracteristic of an issue that aspires to be European. The next number (4) will return to the standard outline (we have jet received many interesting contributions), then will follow the Pescara’s papers (5). I invite the speakers to send me the documentation in time. This time we would like to be ready for the next Congress in Florence (November 2007).
As AIMS’ President I cannot bring these notes to a close without giving you some good news regarding our association.
We are about 2400 members now, with 40 centres in all Italy and with seminar and training activities proposed in different ways in all the centres. We are very proud of all this even if I am a little worried for the number of participants expected at the next Congress. It is possible that the next, that will take place in Florence in November 2007, will be the last national Congress and that after it will be necessary to split up in 2 conventions (north and south?) in order to avoid the risk of compromising the communication among us. As in Pescara the excellence of the results was due to the group dynamics and discussions on the great contents of the speakers such as Morineau, Bocchi and Tagliagambe, and the Mediation Cafè structures allowed a real training experience. We don’t want to lose this quality.

To make along story short an important note regarding the profession. AIMS is actively involving for the official introduction of the mediator as a profession. A proper commission co-ordinated by Bruno Schettini has been created for the profession and relations with COLAP and CNEL have been established. We also established relations (thanks to the excellent work of our Past President Pasquale Busso) with the trade union reality (CISL) to defend our justified interests.
Let me wind up with a note of sadness. In the last number we couldn’t remember the great master Gianfranco Cecchin, deceased in february 2004, so I take now the opportunity and pleasure of commemorate him.
Gianfranco, as you know, wasn’t a mediator and wasn’t an AIMS’ member but as some of you will remember he took part with Sluzki, Cobb and Pakman in an important residential AIMS’ seminar at Isola d’Elba in July 2003 regarding the role of international mediation, giving an impressive contribution.
We were thinking of electing him honorary member but unfortunately his death came before.
Personally, even if officially he has never been my teacher, I’ve learned very much from him, on the occasion of seminars or conventions and especially on never-ending night-chats during the breaks of these official meetings. Discussing until very late with him, like we use to do during adolescence on life issues, was a rule and a real pleasure. In this way I learned very much from his curiosity, from his fine irony and from the enormous power of his “lateral-thought”, enemy of prejudice.
He will affectionately remain in our memories as a gorgeous family therapist, an excellent teacher and a magnificent natural mediator, probably an unconscious talent for him.

ÉDITORIAL
Ce numéro extraordinaire présente les actes de notre avant-dernier Congrès de Trévise en novembre 2003 et il est mis sous presse après la conclusion formidable du dernier Congrès de Pescara en novembre 2005.
Puisque le Congrès de Pescara a vu l’introduction de plusieurs nouveautés, le Congrès de Trévise 2003 résulte le dernier congrès AIMS dirigé de façon traditionnelle. Voilà pourquoi les actes seront composés des sections traditionnelles qui ont toujours caractérisé l’activité de l’AIMS : la médiation familiale ou médiation du divorce, la médiation scolaire, la médiation institutionnelle et de l’entreprise ainsi que la médiation juridique. Les contributions sont nombreuses et intéressantes, elles sont toutes italiennes sauf celle d’Emery, qui aurait dû être l’intervenant principal mais, comme peut- être quelqu’un qui était présent au Congrès rappellera, il était retenu par la neige aux Etats-Unis et il a envoyé sa relation que vous pourrez lire ici. Au contraire vous ne trouverez pas de relation de Vittorio Cigoli, qui n’a pas été envoyée en temps utile pour paraître dans ce numéro, même si l’auteur nous l’enverra pour les prochains numéros.

La Revue garde sa belle présentation typographique, telle que la connaissent nos lecteurs, mais elle perd dans ce numéro les rubriques spéciales et la structure standard juste inaugurée avec le numéro deux. On a ajouté quand même dans ce numéro extraordinaire les résumés en cinq langues différentes, caractérisant cette revue qui aspire à devenir européenne. Le numéro suivant (4) reviendra à la structure standard (on a déjà à l’attente des contributions intéressantes) et ensuite il y aura(5) les actes de Pescara. Je voudrais inviter les intervenants à envoyer les matériel à temps; en effet on aimerait être prêts pour le Congrès de Florence qui aura lieu au mois de novembre 2007.
En tant que président AIMS je ne peux pas terminer l’éditorial sans vous donner quelques bonnes nouvelles à propos de notre association. Nous sommes à peu près 2400 associés, avec 40 sièges répandus sur le territoire italien, qui proposent des activités de formation et des séminaires. J’en suis vraiment heureux même si le nombre de participants prévu au prochain congrès m’inquiète un peu. Il est possible que le prochain Congrès (Florence, Novembre 2007) soit le dernier congrès national et qu’après on réalisera deux congrès (au nord et au sud) pour ne pas courir le risque de compromettre la communication entre nous. En effet à Pescara juste la dimension de groupe des rencontres a permis de se mesurer avec les thèmes importants des intervenants Morineau, Bocchi et Tagliagambe, ainsi que la structure de Médiation Café en a permis l’expérience pratique.
On ne veut pas perdre la qualité.

Enfin une petite note sur la profession. L’AIMS est très active pour l’introduction officielle de la profession du médiateur. Une commission pour la profession a été créée et elle est coordonnée par Bruno Schettini; on a instauré des rapports avec le COLAP et le CNEL ainsi que avec le monde syndical (CISL) pour défendre nos intérêts légitimes, grâce au travail excellent conduit par le président passé Pasquale Busso.
Je termine avec une note triste. Comme dans le numéro précédent on n’a pas eu l’occasion de rappeler le grand maître Gianfranco Cecchin, décédé en février 2004, je voudrais le commémorer dans cette circonstance. Gianfranco n’était ni médiateur ni associé AIMS mais, comme beaucoup d’entre vous s’en souviendront, il a participé avec Sluzki, Cobb et Pakman à un séminaire résidentiel AIMS très important à l’Île d’Elbe en juillet 2003, au sujet de la médiation internationale, où il a donné une contribution formidable. On pensait le nommer Associé honoraire lorsque malheureusement sa mort nous a précédés.

Moi, même si officiellement je ne l’ai jamais eu comme formateur, j’ai beaucoup appris de lui, pendant les séminaires, les congrès, et surtout pendant nos causeries nocturnes, interminables et aimables, dans les pauses des rencontres officielles. Rester debout jusqu’au petit matin avec lui, ça me faisait grand plaisir. C’est ainsi que j’ai appris de sa curiosité, de son ironie raffinée et de l’énorme pouvoir de sa pensée «latérale» qui était ennemie des préjugés. Il reste de tout cœur avec notre souvenir comme un formidable thérapeute familial, un formateur excellent ainsi qu’un médiateur naturel extraordinaire, probablement ignorant de l’être.

Este número especial presenta las actas de nuestro penúltimo Congreso de Treviso de Noviembre 2003 y que mandamos en estampa después de la espléndida conclusión de nuestro último Congreso de Pescara de Noviembre de 2005.
En el Congreso de Pescara hemos introducido muchas novedades, resultando ser el Congreso de Treviso del 2003 el último Congreso AIMS dirigido de manera tradicional.
También por ello, las actas se han dividido en las secciones tradicionales que han caracterizado la actividad del AIMS: la mediación: familiar o mediación de divorcio, la mediación escolar, la mediación institucional y empresarial y la jurídica. Las contribuciones son muchas e interesantes, casi todas ellas son italianas excepto la de Emery que tendría que haber sido el ponente principal pero, como aquellos de vosotros que han participado en el Congreso recordarán, estuvo bloquedo por la nieve en los Estados Unidos y mandó al Congreso la ponencia que podéis leer aquí.

En cambio no encontraréis otra ponencia principal, la de Vittorio Cigoli, que no ha podido ser enviada a tiempo para publicarse en este número, pero que el autor ha prometido que nos enviará y que encontrará un sitio en uno de los números siguientes.
La Revista conserva su bonita apariencia gráfica, ya conocida por nuestros lectores, pero pierde en este número las rúbricas especiales y la estructura estandard a penas inaugurada en el número dos. Hemos también insertado en este número especial los resúmenes en 5 idiomas que son ya una característica de una publicación que aspira a ser europea. El próximo número (4) regresará al esquema inicial (tenemos ya muchas interesantes contribuciones a la espera) y sucesivamente seguirán las actas del congreso de Pescara (5). Invito a los ponentes a proporcionarme el material en tiempo. Esta vez quisieramos estar preparados para el próximo congreso de Florencia (Noviembre 2007).
Como Presidente AIMS no puedo concluir la Editorial sin daros algunas buenas noticias sobre nuestra asociación.

Nos hemos convertido en aproximadamente 2400 socios con 40 sedes en toda Italia y con actividades de seminarios y con propuestas de formación, de forma diferente, en todas las sedes, estamos muy contentos, aunque me preocupa un poco el número de participantes previstos para el próximo congreso. Es posible que este próximo, el cual tendrá lugar en Florencia en noviembre del 2007, sea el último Congreso Nacional y que después sea necesario dividirse en dos convenios (¿norte y sur?) para no arriesgar la comunicación entre nosotros. También porque en Pescara ha tenido la dimesión grupal que ha consentido discutir los grandes contenidos de ponentes como Morineau, Bocchi e Tagliagambe, y la estructura de los Mediation Café que nos ha permitido una experiencia práctica. No queremos perder nuestra calidad.
Finalmente una nota importante sobre la profesión. La AIMS se está comprometiendo activamente en la introducción oficial de la profesión de mediador. Se ha creado una comisión especial para la profesión coordinada por Bruno Schettini y se han establecido relaciones con el COLAP y el CNEL, además hemos entrado en contacto con el admirable trabajo de nuestro Past President Pasquale Busso, con el mundo sindical (CISL) para defender nuestros intereses legítimos.

Concluyo con una nota triste. En el número anterior no hemos tenido forma de recordar a nuestro gran maestro Gianfranco Cecchin, desaparecido en febrero de 2004, aprovecho aquí la ocasión y el placer para commemorarlo.
Gianfranco no era, como sabéis, un mediador y no estaba inscrito en la AIMS, pero como algunos de vosotros recordarán había participado con Sluzki, Cobb y Pakman en un importante seminario residencial AIMS en la isla de Elba en julio de 2003 que trataba sobre la mediación internacional dando una contribució formidable.
Habíamos pensado nominarlo socio onorario pero desgraciadamente su muerte nos ha precedido.

Personalmente, aunque no lo haya tenido nunca como formador, he aprendido muchisímo de él, en seminarios y congresos pero sobre todo en interminables charlas nocturnas en las pausas de estos encuentros oficiales. Con él estar hasta tarde a discutir, como se hacía durante la adolescia sobre las cuestiones de la vida, era una regla y un placer. De esta forma he aprendido mucho de su curiosidad, de su sutil ironía y del enorme poder de su pensamiento “lateral”, enemigo de prejuicios. No queda que nuestro recuerdo afectuoso como gran terapeuta familiar, excelente formador y un fantástico mediador cultural, posiblemente inconsciente de serlo.

Einführende Worte des Verlegers
Diese Sondernummer enthält die Beiträge des vorletzten Kongresses der im November 2003 in Treviso stattfand und geht in Druck nach Abschluss unseres letzten erfolgreichen Kongresses in Pescara im November 2005.
Der Kongress in Pescara war durch viele Veränderungen gekennzeichnet, sodass der Kongress in Treviso in 2003 sozusagen der letzte Kongress AIMS war, der in traditioneller Art und Weise abgehalten wurde.
Das heißt, dass die Beiträge nach wie vor noch nach den traditionellen Themenbereichen geordnet sind, die bisher die charakteristischen Tätigkeitsbereiche der AIMS waren: Familienmediation oder Scheidungsmediation, Schulmediation, Mediation in Institutionen und Betrieben und juristische Mediation. Die vielen und interessanten Beiträge sind quasi alle von italienischen Referenten außer des Beitrages von Emery, der der Hauptreferent des Kongresses hätte sein sollen, der aber leider, wie sich die Teilnehmer des Kongresses erinnern werden, durch die Schneefälle in den USA an der Teilnahme gehindert wurde und der dem Kongress seinen Beitrag zugesandt hat, der nun in dieser Ausgabe abgedruckt ist.

Unter den hier vorliegenden Beiträgen fehlt allerdings einer der Hauptbeiträge, nämlich der von Vittorio Cigoli, den er uns nicht rechtzeitig zur Veröffentlichung dieser Ausgabe schicken konnte; er hat uns aber eine spätere Zusendung zugesichert, so dass wir mit deren Abdruck in der nächsten Ausgabe rechnen können.
Unsere Zeitschrift hat ihre schöne grafische Gestaltung , die unseren Lesern schon vertraut ist, beibehalten, hat aber in dieser Ausgabe auf die Sonderrubriken und die gerade erst in der zweiten Ausgabe eingeführte Aufteilung verzichtet. Jedenfalls haben wir auch in dieser Sonderausgabe den Abdruck der Zusammenfassungen der Beiträge in 5 Sprachen beibehalten, die eine Veröffentlichung kennzeichnet, die Relevanz auch auf europäischer Ebene haben möchte. Die nächste Ausgabe (4) wird wieder zu unserer traditionellen Struktur zurückkehren ( uns liegen schon viele interessante Beiträge vor, die auf ihre Veröffentlichung warten) ; in der fünften Ausgabe werden die Beiträge aus Pescara folgen. Ich bitte die jeweiligen Referenten, mir ihre Beiträge bitte rechtzeitig zukommen zu lassen: Dieses Mal möchten wir mit der Veröffentlichung zum nächsten Kongress in Florenz 2007 fertig sein.
Als Präsident der AIMS möchte ich dieses Editorial nicht beschließen ohne einige positive Neuigkeiten bezüglich unserer Vereinigung weiterzugeben.

Wir zählen inzwischen ungefähr 2400 Mitglieder , mit 40 Niederlassungen in ganz Italien, mit einem Angebot von Seminar- und Ausbildungstätigkeit , die von Niederlassung zu Niederlassung variiert; wir sind über diese Entwicklung sehr glücklich auch wenn ich zugeben muss, dass mich die vorgesehenen Teilnehmerzahlen des nächsten Kongresses etwas besorgt machen. Möglicherweise wird der nächste Kongress, der in Florenz im November 2007 stattfinden wird, der letzte nationale Kongress sein und danach wird es notwendig sein, zwei getrennte Kongresse zu organisieren (Nord, Süd?), um nicht zu riskieren, dass die Kommunikation zwischen uns leidet; auch weil es in Pescara gerade die (begrenzte) Gruppengröße war, die es ermöglicht hat, so wichtige Beiträge und Inhalte, wie die von Morineau, Bocchi und Taglagambe zu diskutieren und praktische Erfahrungen im Mediation Cafè zu machen. Diese Möglichkeiten möchten wir nicht mehr missen.
Zuletzt eine wichtige Anmerkung bezüglich der beruflichen Situation der Mediatoren. Die AIMS bemüht sich aktiv um die offizielle Einführung des Mediatorenberufes; zu diesem Zweck ist eine besondere Kommission zur beruflichen Situation gebildet worden , die von Bruno Schettini koordiniert wird; es sind Kontakte sowohl mit der COLAP als auch mit der CNEL aufgenommen worden; aufgrund der dankenswerten Bemühungen unseres vorherigen Präsidenten , Pasquale Busso sind wir außerdem in Verbindung mit der Gewerkschaft (CISL), um unsere gesetzmäßigen Interessen geltend zu machen.
Ich möchte mit einer traurigen Anmerkung schließen. In der vorangegangenen Ausgabe haben wir keine Gelegenheit gehabt Gianfranco Cecchin , der im Februar 2004 verstorben ist , zu gedenken; ich möchte hier die Gelegenheit und die Freude nutzen, uns an ihn zu erinnern.

Wie Sie wissen, war Gianfranco kein Mediator und er war auch kein eingeschriebenes Mitglied der AIMS; aber wie sich einige von Ihnen erinnern werden, hat er im Juli 2003 auf Elba an einem wichtigen Seminar der AIMS bezüglich der Rolle der internationalen Mediation teilgenommen, zusammen mit Sluzki, Cobb und Pakman zu dem er einen ausgezeichneten Beitrag geleistet hat.
Wir hatten geplant , ihn als Ehrenmitglied aufzunehmen, aber leider ist uns sein Tod zuvor gekommen.

Obwohl ich ihn nie offiziell als Ausbilder erlebt habe , habe ich persönlich sehr viel von ihm gelernt, sowohl in Seminaren oder auch auf Kongressen und vor allen Dingen während unserer endlosen nächtlichen Diskussionen in den Pausen dieser offiziellen Treffen. Mit ihm Nächte durchzudiskutieren , wie wir es als Jugendliche über existenzielle Fragen getan haben, war fast eine Regel aber auch ein Vergnügen. Bei diesen Gelegenheiten habe ich von seiner Neugier, seiner feinen Ironie und der enormen Potenz seines „ Seitendenkens“, Feind jeden Vorurteils , sehr viel gelernt.
Er wird uns in herzlicher Erinnerung bleiben als großer Familientherapeut, als ausgezeichneter Ausbilder und als fantastischer Mediator mit Naturtalent, vielleicht ohne sich dessen bewusst gewesen zu sei.
